How It Works

1. Submit Your Inspiration Photo & Reserve Your Appointment

Upload clear inspiration photos during booking so we can understand your desired style, overall vision, and styling preferences. We require a contact number and email address.

2. Virtual Consultation & Custom Pricing

We’ll review your chosen look and confirm suitability based on your hair length, density, texture, and styling complexity during a virtual consultation held 48 hours before your appointment. A personalised quote will then be provided and agreed upon before booking confirmation.

3. Appointment Preparation

You’ll receive preparation instructions via email or message before your appointment, including guidance on washing, detangling, and any preparation required for your chosen style.

4. Deposit & Final Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on the day of your consultation once your custom price has been agreed. The remaining balance will be taken on the day of your appointment.
